I must say it's great sharing my names with such great people. There's the former Emperor of Persia who went by Darius and most importantly, there's my Opa who, with me, forms the "Wolf" Gang.
I don't know why people insist on cracking those Christmas crackers, putting on those colourful paper hats, playing with those unsafe for infants toys and reading those not so funny jokes. But what do I know? I'm learning from the older, "wiser" people.
While Soren had a small wish list (get me off of this stranger's lap for one), little Darius was all too pleased just to take it all in. He was sure dressed for the occasion too.
In the first of many bouts over the years, it looks like Soren has Darius down on the mat and ready for a pin. Keep your head up Soren. In time, Darius will be super motivated to lay the smackdown on his big brother.
It's a good thing, I have my older brother Soren around. When I get going too fast, he knows how to keep me grounded. I wonder if he'll watch over me the same way as we get older.....
Daddy and his buddy Craig are showing the strain of being fathers in Cuba. Are there enough hands to hold babies Laura and Darius, along with cervezas and cohibas?
Despite what my brother Darius thought, it was far too early to get into the holiday spirit. We were still in Cuba and there was no snow. However, that all changed when we went back to Canada for Christmas.
Don't know too much about this festive season just yet, but I love my new outfit. I'm sure everyone is full of holiday spirit. Especially my brother Soren.
I forgot to tell you that I helped Mommy make Daddy's cake. I made sure that it tasted just right. Everyone needs a taste tester, don't they? Look how serious I'm taking this responsibility!
Here's Daddy celebrating his birthday with his 2 boys. He's getting so old that Mommy is only counting his decades on his cake. Plus, he needed some help just to blow those ones out.
