4 in a tub

After the battle of the leaves, an extra long bath was required to soothe our battered skin. I don't envy the person in charge of this bath. Poor Glamma!

Timeout

Time to cool off. This fall weather in Canada is not so bad at all. People kept warning us on how cold it was going to be for a couple of Caribbean kids. But here we are in mid October, lounging outside shirtless. It's as if we never left. Well, there's no ocean around here.

Leaf Wrestlers

In the "not the brightest move ever" category, we thought playing and wrestling bareback in fresh piles of fallen leaves would be fun. It was fun alright, right until the itching and red marks appeared all over us.

Stream Break

We found a cool spot by a little stream about halfway on our hike through the woods and it seemed like a good spot for a rest.

Woodsmen

The hiking trail the next day was a little bit longer than anticipated. I just needed a little breather.

Ski slope?

Sorry folks, it's only October, there's no snow yet. But there was a cool inflatable jungle gym set up at the base of the mountain for us kiddies. It was one soft toboggan ride.

This is one of the best views of Mont Ste. Marie from atop Mont Vanier overlooking Lac Fournier. Worthy of a nice Dominican cigar, says Daddy!
