Pig Roast

Opa and I were hard at work getting ready for the "Puerco Asado", the traditional feast of the Cuban countryside. This porker cooked all day long on the spit. Without an automatic rotator, there was a Cuban responsible for manually rotating the swine all day long. And it was hot!
